Flat $89 service call covering the visit and full diagnosis, credited against the repair once you approve it.
The repair itself is quoted as a range, agreed with you before anything is taken apart. The bands are on each repair page — range, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher.

Diagnosis is the product
The service call buys a real diagnosis — meter readings, a cavity logged against a probe, the fault traced to a part. Not a look, a shrug and a quote for a control board.

Working across every brand in the city means learning each one shallowly. Staying with one means the failure patterns repeat until they are recognisable from the phone call.

Cabinetry is part of the job
A 48-inch range and a built-in column both have to come out and go back. On a period cabinet run or a panel-ready installation, how it goes back is planned before it comes out.
